Due to health, safety, and insurance reasons there are certain types of work we cannot do:

✕ Moving heavy items above 25 pounds

✕ Outdoor work

✕ Removal of pet / human bodily fluids

✕ Infestation removal

✕ Balconies, decks, backyards, and exterior windows

✕ Wiping areas beyond the reach of our cleaning professionals

✕ Dusting of areas beyond the reach of our telescopic poles (16 ft.)

✕ Deep stain removal

✕ Clean high chandeliers

Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service in any home or property that has cockroach infestations, excessive pet waste, or unsanitary conditions that may pose a health risk. If such conditions are present, our team may decline the job on-site for their safety and well-being.
